That perm is only relavant for specific employer if the employer who has certified perm is not helping you at this stage or not an option unfortunately you dont have many options bro extremely for your situation because you cannot use old employer perm and file for 7th year extension in different employer period a tbought tiseyi

Reason untadi, might be a minor one . for example see the below technical error denial from a forum

YOUR PERM denial is based on a technical form completion error (inconsistency between ETA-9089 and ETA-9141 regarding travel requirements), NOT a substantive issue—this is actually GOOD NEWS because it's fixable. Accordingly, your best options are: 1) File BALCA appeal within 30 days of denial notice (challenging DOL's interpretation that blank F.c.1 = incomplete when travel was disclosed on 9141), OR better yet 2) Immediately refile a new PERM with corrected forms quickly, using the same recruitment if still valid, or restarting recruitment if needed = fastest path, approx. 8-12 months to new decision, retains your original priority date. DO NOT request "reconsideration" from DOL! It almost never grants these and it wastes 30+ days. File the BALCA appeal NOW (if within the 30 days) as insurance while simultaneously preparing to refile, then withdraw the appeal once new PERM is filed. Sounds like a plan?
