I started loving sara though i am indan software engineer working in usa on h1b Your voice is for Americans. Definitely i leave US if my employer fire me, i dont want to stick on here. I dont want me as a reason for Americans unemployed. I go to inda and settle.

This looks like a clear loophole if you consider that an H-1B allows only one job. An H-1B holder has one job legally and illegally has two or three extra jobs for which they are not paying taxes. This is tax evasion. They do this by getting those second or third jobs through friends’ consultancies, and due to multiple layers they manage because the end client never checks the background, so the end client does not even know if the status is legal. This is how Indian H-1B workers are abusing the system and stealing multiple jobs, and it is difficult to track these as there is no record of money being paid, as it happens through shell companies or money sent to overseas accounts.

Get rid of H4 EAD, there will be instant 50% job openings and 50% of H1B'S will instantly leave the country. Thst is total 75% increase in jobs.

it’s not the h1b that is the problem it’s the h4 dependent visa who are the spouses of h1b who are the real culprits. they are given EAD which they misuse

Housing prices will come down as well and many will put their house for sale if their h4 spouse gets ripped off their visa .

H1B’s dependent H4 girls coming from india by marrying one H1B holder and started working with low cost like 60 to 80k immediacy while the people who have done MS from reputed universities by paying good education loan etc are not getting jobs due to not picked up by lottery and saddest part is an educational new graduates are not getting job due to H1B and H4 EAD people getting jobs by huge IT stuffing fraud companies. Sometimes these IT stuffing companies ask few of their H1B employees to do a ***** interview and give the job to someone else while not paying their employees in times few cases. Disgusting ..

H4 EAD’s are hated by F1’s and OPT’s.. F1’s are hated by H1’s from India.. H1’s are hated by GC’s and Citizens.. all desis are hated by local U.S. born citizens, irrespective of the visa status..
