Reddy is title kaapu is caste .

Telaga ,balija are all seperate castes not kaapus but after independence they were included into kaapu caste for political benefit because some telagas started calling themselves as pedda kaapus.

Today most kaapu politicians are from telaga caste except for a couple in rayalaseema from balija caste..in present day they all come under kaapu only.
