f1 221g form help

shall i get stamping for stratford uny...i went to us on h4 and changed to f1 status in us..and nw i went for f1 stamping.vo in chennai ,gave me 221g form .please help.shall i go fr f1 stamping again?still 1 quarter left.

insufficient ties!!!!!! back to india?
then I assume U can try one more luck................chances will be very less, if there is no major changes in ur situation.
but u should try even it is having 10% chances.....

221g form lo other:h4 visa application.wht to do?he thought tht i intend to work....i said y u changed from h4 to f1/i said :to gain practical training experience and come back to indiawht t do.shall i go fr stamping for f1 again?
