same thing happened to me........... i called them.......... oka bekar munda phone answer chesindi........ i said my problem...... aa bekar di "how r u eligible to apply for EAD card anni adigindhi........ naku puchallu pack ayyinavi....... i explained every thing........ finally it is solved........... do it as fast as u can
