i have  applied my H1 on Jan 26th in premium processing because of Tri Valley fiasco.....but so far no recite.........

Please bhaiya reply this questions

Anybody applied H1 in premium processing on jan 26th or weeks or some months before on Premium Processing.
How many day it took you to get recite.
any RFE....what RFE question...
after applying RFE answers... how many days it took u to get result

jan 26th apply cheyyadam ante.. aaroju nee packet reach ayinda vallaki..? receipt ravadaniki 1-2 weeks anna padtundi.. premium kabatti.. result 15 working days lo ravaali...RFE padthey neeku 45 days istadu reply ivvadaniki..

Premium processing 15 calender days lo chepali. RFE padithe inka 90 days lopala result ravali.

It depends .... They are cases when the petiton will be approved even b4 u get the EAC number. Hopefully by Start of next week you will get it
