hii even i applied h1 in u.k and i came to u.s this year,

1. you need for a company in u.s.a who can hold and sponsor for ur h1.
2. this is the time to apply for h1 .
3. you can discuss with one who sponsor for ur h1b.

Find Employer in US who can file H1 for you. You can find quota availability for this year here
