hydnawab Posted May 14, 2011 Report Posted May 14, 2011 Hi Friends,My STEM EXT. OPT is expiring by July and I have to file for my H1 to work legally. One of my friend suggested that I can go back to F1 and apply for full time CPT and will be eligible to work. So my question is if I quit to apply for H1 now and go for F1 full time CPT , and suppose I get a better consultant and a good job after 2 months can I apply for H1 without finishing my F1 master's courses....Please help in this regard....
