Im a RF Engineer doin optimization now, previously i have done brief project on RFDS and i was a Data collector for 6 months. My employer doest want to sponser for H1-B and my OPT is expiring in DEC this year. I am looking for a new job because staying wid him is no use. Please Suggest me if anyone knows some recruiting agencies ( Consultancies ) or any one who works in telecom.  thankyou
