If will cost you 13% Employer Tax + your tax (25-30%).As we are currently not running the payrolls and its done by third party, I am assuming your taxes to be around 30%. for 15 days:Gross : $2166.66taxes : 43% = $931.66Is this calculation correct? Can some one please clear my doubt? Strictly NBK Posted May 18, 2011 Report Posted May 18, 2011 1. Employer Should Pay you the promised after he pays the pay roll tax ( Pay roll tax inclused State Unemployment tax, state tax, Fed tax to be paid by employer for every employee) and if you are on H1 and he doesnt pay you the Minimum LCA Wage.. he is under risk and He Can be Sued .2. How will the Employer pay Your State and Fed Tax.... You are the one who is supposed to pay if he runs your pay chequ... you will see the State and Fed taxes on teh pay stub, ask him to run the pay cheuq for what ever he proimised you initially. Quote

Manchi CPA ni chudu tax time lo... He will infact get you returns :-) Quote
