can your company give us an official offer letter stating that you will pay $800 stipend and pay on bench period also?

Yes We do that and Also you will be on Company Payroll from the day 1 you join for training. If you are fresher, we will be paying you between $55,000 to $60,000 per annum. and the after initial 8 months we pay $65,000 per annum salary. We do H1 and Greencard also. We don't pay during Bench period and no consultancy does that.

And one more point, when you are fixed on a rate like 65k, you should be paying in the Bench period.
If you pay only when the candidate is on a Project, both should be happy. % basis cheskondi.
First 8 months sampadistunnaru kada. And networking la pay 80+ untadi ani talk.

We are located in NJ. also, We are open for % basis also, since this depends on Job Pay rate. Also, for % basis Consultant has to pay for his H1B and Green Card.

We have very good Tier 1 Vendor contacts and Direct Client Contacts all over USA since we are speciliazed only in Network Technologies. For Freshers it would take Min. 45 days to get Job. Till now max. period was only 2 months.
