H1 B query Urgent

Hi,

I got below RFE for my H1. I am having 27 months of IT experince.  I did masters degree in Industrial . I did my Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering . I have done 3courses of CS in(Masters) and 3 in bachelors . Please guide me how the below RFE should be replied.


Evidence of Specialty Occupation:

Not persuaded that the benificiary's qualifications match the proffered position
The evidence is insufficient to establish that a valid employer-employee relationship will exist for the validity period of 10/1/2011-9/30/2014
