Take a kadai and add 1 tea spoon of Oil(any but sesame/olive is recommended).
1/2 tea spoon Methi
1/2 tea spoon Cumin
1/2 tea spoon ajwain
wait until they splutter
add ginger and 1/2 garlic clove
then add pinch of turmeric and enough salt
then add water and let it come to boil.
now, drink this as soup. you will feel much better!
