Someone help me.. I am an OPT student.. I got a Job recently in Informatica.. I need someone to support me with my Job.

I got one guy in AFDB before who demanded $30/hour for support.. that is too expensive for me
And recently I paid money to one guy in India he is not lifting the phone now..

I might lose my Job if i don't get help I can pay upto $10per hour or $400-500 per month or Rs12,000 to 15,000 per month for off-shore.
