riddle Posted July 25, 2011 Report Posted July 25, 2011 2.If they deny my visa,is my I-797 also expires? sCo_^YIf they deny visa you can attend interview again on I797 as long as they do not send it to USCIS for revoke due to some fraud.3.If they issue query,can we come back to USA. sCo_^YNo you need to go back to home country and attend from there with query documents..you will not be able to come back until you get stamped. It is similar to what you do in India if they reject. Quote
