Does Any body Know working on TIBCO or know about TIBCO

Hi,
I am planning to take training in TIBCO but before that i want know little bit more information about TIBCO. I spoke to different consultancy people and some of them said it involves coding/scripting and others said no it doesn't  require coding/scripting. So, i am  confused please if anybody working on TIBCO/getting trained or knew about TIBCO please can you tell me does TIBCO involves coding/scripting? as i am not comfortable with coding i want to make sure before getting in there.Thank you,
