TDP whip ivvakapothe atleast 70 of its MLA's will vote against separate telangana..

congress rayalseema and andhra leaders oppose chestharu... so i think telangana bill will not pass the assembly

whip is one which is issued by a party to make sure tht all thier party memebers are abided by their high commands opinion.. if for example congress passes whip then all their mlas should vote positively for resolution and acept seperate telangana...

if no whip is issued then it depends on the mlas which to vote for

tnxxx a lot mamss.....meeting ayaka vacheyyi....discussions chesukundam........
