We all know that in order for a state to be formed, both the Assembly and parliament should pass a law with 2/3rds majority. With the current situation, its just impossible to achieve that figure. There is no way that Andhra, Rayalaseema MLAs will vote for the bill, and there is no way that this will even see day light in Loksabha, let alone Rajya sabha. And by this time next year, I bet KCR will be completely nuetralised and will keep his mouth absolutely shut. TDP and congress already started the game plan by refusing to issue a whip. What a clever strategy....
