Right now he got a job in drug safety for 1 month and the project got extended for 3 more months and the manager is ready to give 12 months project letter so that he can apply for H1. Is this O.K for filing for H1. If you guys know any employers who can file h1 for this guy in pharma field as this guy is not happy with the current employer and the vendor is o.k with this .PLEASE RESPOND Quote
