Any one is doing EB3 to EB2

I want port my EB3 labor to EB2. I am in project. If any one is doing please let me know.

There two possibilities: Either you can apply another labor in EB2 from the same employer or Apply EB2 with another employer and once labor is approved you can port the priority date from EB3 to EB2 when you file I-140.

Anyways the first case is a bit of risky, so better find another employer and file EB2.

At the moment DOL is not approving Privilege wage report, may be they can process the applications in couple of months.

does any employer do green card processing based on future employment. i need to start one at earliest.
