[/quote]Well CBN came to a level saying i will offer money directly to compete aginst him in the elections.. That automatically shows his caliber in the people.. CBN has dropped to his level to win against him...Administration antey.. until the day he was there alive as the CM.,. no issues with the funds. everything started after his death.. He was able to manage funds for all the schemes needed either from the Centre or by some other means..welll whatever he did for the state, he was able to win the election under his own leadership by standing against the whole set of opposition parties..after a 5-yr term.. which happened for very few people in the state and also in specific for the congress people..so automatiically he was a proven leader as per the majority he & his party got across the state... he was able to deliver the number of Mps he promised to the centre and he proved his power & grip on the voters in the state who really goes to the polling booth...
