for H1 visa, need convocation certificate of undergrad?

Hi,  shall we need convocation degree certicate when we apply H1B visa  those who finished masters in USA, does it matter? i have provisional and consolidated and  all other individual memos of  BE from OSMANIA University, but i dont have  convocation degree certificate  of  BE,  till now it was not used any where, im trying to apply for H1  so please can anyone suggest me is it must or not?

I am not sure in that case, nenu b.tech tho apply chesa kabatti b.tech di convocation adigaru but urs is MS kabatti it makes sense to me
