adi sare mama.. assalu mee employer ippudu H1 enduku apply cheyyanu antunnaru.. Proj problem avuthundi antunte em problem ela problem avuthundi ani adugu.. Client ki emanna chepthama nuvvu H1 apply chesthunnav ani.. I think better to apply H1 before end of Nov if you willing to work in January as well
