here is the scenario i have to replace a sup.

so slave boot sup loki same config enter avuthudhi kada automatic ga.. and then I have to give boot statement to slave disk while replacing the active sup.. and then onec i load the active sup and give the boot statement to the active sup and then pull out the slave sup so that active comes to primary mode and see the neghbour relation ???

No i guess, u need to forcely failover by issuing command on 2nd SUP(acting as primary) to go secondary & Replaced SUP to act as primary.

module 3 lo unnadi c6748 (48 port 1 Gig card)
Module 11 lo unnadi some 16 port ethernet card( can be 100M or 1 G or 10 G)
Module 12 lo unnadi 16 port copper GBIC 1 Gig card ( or u can insert fiber GBIC to SFC )
Module 13 lo unnadi 4 port serial card ( can be T1 , T3 or higher speed)
