I have been trained on JAVA. Now looking for reference, can any one suggest what knowledge and experienc e will 1yr JAVA guy will get. Also I have been trained on JSP,Structs,Hibernate and Spring. I would like to keep 1 to 2yr exp on this. Can any one suggest me how to deal with this..

I am from UK..but would like to keep 2yr  fake exp.

Can any one desc me what would be the role and responsibilities of a 2yr exp JAVA guy if working on core java, jdbc, JSp

Please help me.....
