I can't help much. But, the guys need to understand why people are positioned where they are.The fallbacks won't let you move forward with any career.

Both Junior and NBK have problems which are not allowing them to get to the number one slot. Fans would need to understand this, which I wanted to make it clear.

NBK has acting skills issue and Junior got personality problems. Junior has a chance to get there, but he got too many enemies. He should learn to respect seniors and win their hearts, in my opinion.

Also, Junior would need to improve on the acceptance levels from the audience just as Mahesh, which is a long path to go!

Looks like we also have a problem. Everything goes under a "Magnifying Glass" now a days and I sometimes wonder if that is all we are left with. We neither Direct, Produce, Act in a movie but still nothing can escape the "Magnifying Glass"!

Why Mahesh? I was referring to Srinu Vytla who satisfied my dream - NTR as the PM.
