Fully Falthu Posted October 30, 2011 Report Posted October 30, 2011 Hi friends, I am in desperate need of approaching a labor lawyer in US, here is my case, I am US employee of a desi/US services company like Wipro, Infosys, TCS. I am currently on H1B, i went on vacation to India and got stuck in India because of employer Visa issues, i worked from India in US timings as my manager asked me to do so. Now these guys are not paying for the period whatever i worked from India. I am thinking of approaching a labor lawyer in US. Can you pls help me what should i do now and if you know any good labor lawyers. Thanks for the help. Quote
