Job Description

Experience working in a fast paced Enterprise environment, supporting Unix/Linux and Windows servers running Weblogic, Apache, IIS or other Web based technology. Experience leading a team and understanding SDLC to enforce process and SLAs for uptime and availability.

Process Governance of SDLC, Leadership skills which include prioritizing requests, communicating to internal and external customers, generating daily, weekly and monthly reports and escalating to management. Ability to manage outages which includes, notifying stakeholders, coordinating resources and driving the outage to minimize down time.
