Perform in depth requirement analysis. Provide assistance in the architecture, design and coding of complex software modules. Perform complex product design, systems analysis, programming activities, and any research that's necessary. Participate in design, code, and documentation reviews. Prepare technical documentation of product sub-systems. Research new technology or development tools to remain informed of current technology. Willingness to train on and learn new technologies.

[b]Requirements: [/b]
Minimum 7 years core [b]Java[/b] experience. - Minimum 5 years experience in Web Development technologies and frameworks (J2EE, JSP, servlets, Spring Framework, Hibernate or JPA application servers) Experience in agile development methodologies.
· Shows a thorough understanding of technology used and projects worked on.
· Strong design capability.
· Thorough understanding of object-oriented design.
· Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas.
· Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
· Experience with Eclipse IDE a strong plus
