Breakfast Tips! Galigannarao Post Inspiration Tho!

Edited --Not sure if evry1 can maintain this but few quick and easy to do breakfasts.. ;)

Ready to go ante Cereals, cerealbars, croissants, sprouts, waffles, fresh fruits,carrots inka vere options.

1. cup of milk -(time save- shoes veskunne mundu u can heat milk in microwave)
heat cheskune opika kuda undadhu ankunte try soy milk cold one.. Ready in -2mins

2. Boiled egg - time save- Snanam velle mundu eggs boiling ki petandi with a pinch of salt 10 min lo ready untundi sprinkle pepper or karam. - 12min

3. Smoothie- blend in fruits like banana apple or bananas strawberries or what ever fruits/veggie u like with some milk in it. - 5min

4. almonds,dates,raisins- day ki 5 tinna it helps u a lot ( blood purify ayi we tend to be active),costco lo cheap ivi and dates indian store, night e pack cheskovachu - 3mins

5. Hash brown (potato) - frozen section lo dorkthundi.. just pan mida golden brown fry with 1 tspoon oil sim/medium lo cheskunte saripothundi morning for 12 min or overnight aina chesi petukovachu u can always reheat this! pepper kani green chillis or karam add cheyachu.. fresh gane ante matram koncham time taking!! - 15min (save time by following same as boiled egg)

6. Bread toast - butter / omlete / veggies / peanut butter/slice of cheese- naku 10mins kante ekuva kadhu idhi. work lo aina cheskovachu ( omlete in microwave maker 2$ ki dorkthayi)

7. take a bunch of spinach leaves with few drops of water heat in microwave for a 2mins with a lid on ( sprinkle pepper)- 3mins

8. veg sandwich,cut the tomatotes and cucumber in thin slices a night before. In morning all you need to do is arrange the veg slices on bread and add some cheese if you like. - 5mins

9.[b] Noodles (maggie)[/b] - in micowave , maggie,masala and water add cheyandi a little less stove middha kante.. cover and heat for 3 min, stir it and heat again for 3 mins. -7mins lo aipothundi

Money karchu anukunte best milk aina tagadam or just omlette veskodam (3$ kante ekuva kadhu kada).

Finally Drink water as much as you can throughout the day.

koni serious health problems aithe vasthayi if we neglect food ( protein deficiency nunchi ulcers daka). so morning oka 5mins aina early ga legusthe galigannarao annatu.. health issues rakunda untayi..

I realised manam FB ani inka edo ani sys mundu kurchuntamu but in b/w we can prepare food for next day which helps to improve our health.
