Opt Application

Hi Friends,

I finished my graduation and i am in grace period of 60 days for applying OPT. I didn't applied before because i was having less GPA but now I got enough GPA. In how many days i'll receive EAD card and if my OPT gets rejected in any worst case what will be my next option?give me ur suggestions.
