Hi,

I am a Sr. SQL DBA having 8+ years of strong DBA knowledge having MCITP certification. As my company demands I need to learn and support Oracle servers as well.
I have gone though couple of Oracle DBA books and articles. Theoretically I am good with concepts, but I am poor in practical DBA skill set implemenation. I need some good practical training who wcan share their screen and show me commands / actions to do daily DBA tasks like DB creation, migrations, RMAN backups & restore, jobs, login creations, permisisons, server level parameter settings, etc.
