[color=#474747][font=Georgia,]G Siddhartha Reddy, the prime accused in Actress Pratyusha death case, surrendered before police here on Wednesday upon the directions of a division bench of the AP High Court. Later, he was shifted to the Chanchalguda Jail.[/font][/color]

[color=#ff0000][font=Georgia,][b]Earlier, Siddartha Reddy was sentenced to six years imprisonment by a Sessions Court[/b][/font][/color][color=#474747][font=Georgia,] [charged under sections 302 (murder), 306 (abetment to suicide) and 309 (attempt to commit suicide) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC)]. [/font][/color][color=#0000ff][font=Georgia,][b]He challenged the jail sentence in the High Court. The division bench of High Court has reduced the jail sentence from Six to Two years. A fine of Rs 50,000[/b][/font][/color][color=#474747][font=Georgia,] and 1 more year of imprisonment has been imposed on the charges of encouraging suicide and another Rs 1,000 for attempting suicide. The court also directed him to surrender before police by January 15.[/font][/color]

[color=#474747][font=Georgia,]Actress Pratyusha died under suspicious circumstances on February 24, 2002. The Gandhi Hospital doctors declared that it was a case of rape-cum-murder in the post-mortem report. The case was handed over to CBI later. In the investigation report, the CBI has declared that Siddhartha had driven Pratyusha to commit suicide.[/font][/color]

[color=#474747][font=Georgia,]According to the version of Siddartha Reddy,"On February 23rd 2002, Both he and Pratyusha consumed poison as their families refused the marriage proposal and got themselves admitted to care hospital in Hyderabad."[/font][/color]

[color=#474747][font=Georgia,]Pratyusha died next day while Siddhartha Reddy survived. There are rape charges against Siddartha Reddy, but he pleaded ignorance about Pratyusha's death in the court.[/font][/color]

pratyusha ki post mortem chesetappudu amey vanti meedha unna dress change chesaru. aa dress next day missing. ilanti case lo dress chaala crucial. care hospital can dragged to court. nothing of that sort happened.
the doctor who performed post mortom said pratyusha was raped.
thanks to the political power.
