The Enterprise Developer is a resource that understands the software development process and the systems required to support it. This person is expected to build, configure, and maintain the third party and custom applications required to manage the items produced by the development team during the development phases of the SDLC. This management includes relating the items to business requests as well as operational deliverables fulfilling those requests.

Duties and Responsibilities:
[indent=1]· Understand where automation can be applied to various aspects of the SDLC and projects to implement these to gain organizational savings.[/indent]
[indent=1]· Responsible for understanding and facilitating the validation, packaging, and delivery of development items to various target environments.[/indent]
[indent=1]· Responsible for understanding 3[sup]rd[/sup] party Application Automation products and applying them to development tasks in a reliable manner.[/indent]
[indent=1]· Monitoring development activities to detect faults or inefficiencies in the processes currently in use.[/indent]
[indent=1]· Develop or receive designs for changes to the system. Work with external vendors or other teams to ensure the correct design and implementation of components that require external interfaces.[/indent]
[indent=1]· Develop source code in Perl and Java to implement the design[/indent]
[indent=1]· Work in a team environment by submitting design, source code, and unit test cases for review and performing reviews of other team member's deliverables.[/indent]

[b] Minimum Qualifications: [/b]
[indent=1][b]· Bachelors Degree[/b][/indent]
[indent=1][b]· 2+ years of Application Development[/b][/indent]
[indent=1][b]· Must have legal right to work in the U.S.[/b][/indent]
General Skills:
[indent=1]· Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects[/indent]
[indent=1]· Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment[/indent]
[indent=1]· Strong organizational skills and attention to details[/indent]
[indent=1]· Excellent written and verbal communication skills[/indent]
[indent=1]· Must have legal right to work in the U.S.[/indent]
[b]Technical Skills:[/b]
[indent=1][b]· 2+ years of experience Software Development in Java[/b][/indent]
[indent=1][b]· 2+ years of experience Software Development in Perl[/b][/indent]
[indent=1][b]· 2+ years of experience working in UNIX environment[/b][/indent]
[indent=1][b]· Basic understanding of RDBMS[/b][/indent]
[indent=1][b]· Understanding of version control systems, such as CVS, SVN, etc.[/b][/indent]
[indent=1][b]· Oracle CBRM (Portal Infranet) experience is a plus[/b][/indent]
[indent=1][b]· Knowledge of SDLC is a plus[/b][/indent]
