<b>Description:</b><br>
<p>The role requires superior web programming, and thorough knowledge of object oriented design and design patterns, <br>
and experience working in the mac and windows environment is a plus.Experience level is *junior to mid level", (1-3 years).<br>
This position needs someone with Object Oriented programming background in one of the technologies such as JAVA, C++, Flex/Actionscript or similar.</p>

<p><b>THIS IS A FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY AND THE CANDIDATE MAY BE REQUIRED TO TRAVEL TO MULTIPLE CLIENT LOCATIONS.</b></p>
<b>Skills:</b><br>
<ul>
<li>Programming in C/Java</li>
<li>Object Oriented Design, </li>
<li>Design Patterns, J2EE concepts, </li>
<li>Agile development methodology,</li>
<li>strong communication skills and work ethics</li></ul><br>

<b>Education/Experience</b><br>
<p>Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent training required 1-3 years experience required.Ideally prefer candidates with OPT/CPT.</p>

<b>Requirements:</b><br>
<p>Java/C++/OOP, Front-End Web Developer needed with a BS in Computer Science or equivalent (MS Preferred).</p>

Responsibilities:</b><br>
<ul>

<li>Ability to train and quickly adopt to new technologies.</li>
<li>Being able to develop effective User Interface using cutting edge technologies.</li>
<li>Writing efficient source code using optimal Data Structures and Algorithms.</li>
<li>Working on Innovative Technologies and being able to learn and utilize Best practices/design patterns.</li>

</ul>

<b>Soft Skills required</b><br>
<ul>
<li> Good communication verbal and written skills.</li>
<li>Ability to learn quickly and perform dynamically.</li>
<li> Willingness to work as a fulltime employee (on W2 either Salaried/Hourly).</li>
<li>Willingness to invest time/effort into the training program on requirement basis.</li>
</ul>
