1528boyz Posted February 13, 2012 Report Posted February 13, 2012 Even if you file in 2013 you are cool, because of CAP GAP Extension you will be in status between the months May - Oct. So dont worry apply in 2013. Atleast you have chance to save some money on taxes, free to change employers and have a change to go to India. I dont understand the concept of two chances, even if you file in 2013 you can apply thru 100 employers for H1-B, if you get all 100 you can choose whom to work with. Quote
