Not that, there is a dedicated agriculture officer. For every village that had a collective groupf of farmers or a prevalent challenge in farming, upon petition to their local VAO, and approval by collector a VILLAGE AGRICULTURE OFFICER was sent to that village. It is upto the villagers to use that facility.
