Stamping Or Filing For Gc

Friends,

I am confused right now, here is the situation

1 st my present employer is going to file for my GC Since i did MS he said he will file the labor, right now the EB2 is moving very fast. But he is not paying me good package

2nd: i have to shift to another consulting company Virtusa, they will transfer my H1 and they are offering nice package almost 100K, but they will not file GC at least it will take 2 years to start the process.

Issue: I have to go to stamping to india very soon in april, if i go to stamping with my current employer chances are very less. Its a very new company and you know Client =>IBM=>Mainvendor=> my Employer. many layers.

If i took the offer in virtusa only Client =>virtusa. getting stamping done chances are more if i took this offer.

I am confused? any suggestions? which one should i choose now?

Better you go with Virtusa rather spending in India for 3 to 6 months....!!!! Once after you done with stamping you have chance to do something here, If you stuck up with stamping problem even no guarantee for current job.
