If you want to chat directly from your iPhone using Office Communicator here's how:

[*]Install the apps to your iPhone
[*]Create free account, this is automatically ask after you installed it into your iPhone. If not you can manually create the account by selecting settings - registration - and enter the detail of yours and hit sbmit.

[*]After it successfully created your account, you can now setting your Office Communicator detail information, by tapping - setting - IM Networks - tap the OCS Gateway.
[*]Filled the sign in name --> usually this will be your office email address
