Duration : 6 - 12 Months

[b]Job Responsibility :[/b]
Member of team providing the functions necessary to maintain Server performance, Server Operating System / hardware environment support, remote systems management, Change Management, security, performance management, monitoring, capacity planning services and reporting.

[b]Required Skills :[/b]
• Solaris, HPUX
• Knows how to script & proficient with the command line interface
• Experience working with both virtual hosts and virtual guest OS's
• Excellent TCP/IP Networking skills
• Enterprise experience working with SAN attached systems
• Experience with using volume management and file system management.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills: ability to clearly and concisely articulate issues, alternatives, and recommendations
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Project Management skill levels sufficient for the understanding and implementation of within-team and cross-functional projects
• Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to understand complex relationships between components of multi-tiered applications and systems.
• Self-driven and be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in a user-focused technical-support environment
• ITIL Foundations knowledge
