[b]Duration: 6-12 months[/b]

[b]Summary:[/b]
[b]This is for a large scale integration project from several legacy systems using a web Methods solution.[/b]
[b]BA [u]must[/u] have experience with integration patterns and project experience working at the integration level. Retail, ecommerce experience highly preferred.[/b]

[b]Business Analyst[/b][list]
[*][b]The Business Analyst position will be responsible for gathering business requirements, converting them to technical specifications for the integration layer, providing guidance to development team and finally taking ownership of the application testing till it goes to production along with providing support post production[/b]
[*][b]Experiences in analyzing business and data integration issues and investigate root cause to suggest integration solutions.[/b]
[*][b]Previous experience with large scale integration projects with retail, ecommerce or financial applications.[/b]
[*][b]Experience in modeling high volume business processes with multiple, widely dispersed, end users.[/b]

[*][b]Excellent interpersonal, team and client communication skills. This position will work closely with business and our professional services group to define client requirements, other developers and support staff to build solutions, and the clients to address and resolve errors.[/b]
[*][b]Experienced in preparing knowledge transfer artifacts and training end users[/b]
[*][b]Excellent oral, written and documentation skills. This position will be responsible for authoring requirement specifications documents, explaining solution to subject matter experts and directing the creation of release notes and test plans.[/b]
[*][b]Strong focus and vision to keep our applications consistent and on track to providing consistent enterprise functionality and deliverables[/b]
[*][b]Must be reliable, friendly and be able to work well in a fast paced, high pressure environment.[/b]
[*][b]Must be able to manage changes and filter through realistic requests for changes as the project progresses.[/b]
