[indent=1][color=#0000cd][font=georgia,serif][b]· Actively participate in the planning, designing, and implementing aCisco Unified Communication systems, infrastructure and related hardware for customers.[/b][/font][/color][/indent]

[indent=1][color=#0000cd][font=georgia,serif][b]· Conduct design sessions, seminars and presentations.[/b][/font][/color][/indent]

[indent=1][color=#0000cd][font=georgia,serif][b]· Implement test plans, migration plans, and delivery plans.[/b][/font][/color][/indent]

[indent=1][color=#0000cd][font=georgia,serif][b]· Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and provide solutions to complex hardware/software problems.[/b][/font][/color][/indent]

[indent=1][color=#0000cd][font=georgia,serif][b]· Develop and implement the technical architecture and physical design of the network supporting the Unified Communications.[/b][/font][/color][/indent]

[indent=1][color=#0000cd][font=georgia,serif][b]· Perform network and application troubleshooting.[/b][/font][/color][/indent]

[indent=1][color=#0000cd][font=georgia,serif][b]· Prepare design documents and presentations. Clearly describing the design, including rationale for decisions and implications of decisions.[/b][/font][/color][/indent]

[indent=1][color=#0000cd][font=georgia,serif][b]· Deliver high-quality solutions to our clients to ensure their investment is consistent with their business objectives.[/b][/font][/color][/indent]

[indent=1][color=#0000cd][font=georgia,serif][b]· Provide post project support to clients as needed.[/b][/font][/color][/indent]

[indent=1][color=#0000cd][font=georgia,serif][b]· Contribute to product development and written proposals.[/b][/font][/color][/indent]

[indent=1][color=#0000cd][font=georgia,serif][b]· Assist Account Managers during the sales process by educating the customer about new technologies and benefits of Unified CommunicationTechnology.[/b][/font][/color][/indent]

[indent=1][color=#0000cd][font=georgia,serif][b]· Maintain 100% accuracy for all configuration orders. Accuracy will be defined as proper completion of orders following customer specified standards or industry standards and the arrival at the customer’s site of product in a complete and working order[/b][/font][/color][/indent]

[indent=1][color=#0000cd][font=georgia,serif][b]· Ensure customer satisfaction levels 100% of the time[/b][/font][/color][/indent]
