If H1b petition is approved during Cap gap, how to move to new employer( Like notify in the college and what else needs to be done with out letting new employer telling about student status and other things to do) 3. After H1b pettion is approved, Can I immediately work with new employer? 4. How to notify USCIS about the change of employer Can you or somebody answer them Please. Thanks, Hulk
