But, do to market situation all the telecom went bad certainly my compani also pays half paycheck from couple of months due to inlack of projects. I told to our HR it makes us problem when I go to H1B stamping to India but they revels it wont make any problem does it make any problem guys Please me...... jaffanajeffada Posted May 6, 2012 Report Posted May 6, 2012 your earnings in w2 should be at least equal to or greater than your prevailing wage mentioned in LCA.... Not sure about your second question... my guess is if your are on vacation(For us, vacation should be out of US! as long as you are in US your pay roll should run!, thats my understanding but it may be wrong) you need not to run pay roll! but not sure!!1 Quote
