Jatka Bandi
When she joined the consultancy they said that there will not be any contract only then she joined. Also when she got the job and was told to sign the papers she pointed out about this and they said that the documents were just for formality.
You clearly need to know what forms she signed. it is not about saying, do you have something in the form of writing to prove it? this is just a waste of time discussing over here. You need to consult an attorney.

If you dont want leave FT offer, then pay $10,000 you can make it count in long-run. Otherwise forget about FT. She can work hard later to get another FT offer.
