Fellas....neenu India lo QA meeda chesi track change cheddam ani ikkada MBA chesinaa...mgmt jobs try cheste punch padindi so malla QA meedakocha....telisina aina pedda position lo vunnaru and he is willing to pull me in to his company as a Java dev n promising me stability at least for 18 months.

Is it worth to jump or kukkala chimpina vistara avtada? plz advice
