Hi Frds.....right now nenu opt lo unnna.......next year march varuku naa opt validity undhi......prastutham bench meeda unnanu......so ippudu project loki velli h1 apply cheyyatam koncham kashtam laga undhi.......naaku oka idea vachindi, adhi workout avutado ledho cheppandi evarina.........naa opt march lo expire avutundi, a taruvatha naaku 60 days grace period untadi US lo undataniki......next year april lo ante a grace period lo maa employer ni h1 file cheyyamani adugutadi......Grace period lo h1 apply cheste safe ye na......next year naa opt expiry date nunchi h1 start date varuku kuda oka 6 months patu nenu maa employer tho payroll run cheypinchukokunda cash tho pani cheddamu ani plan......is it safe and possible.......normal ga april lo opt expiry unte, april lo apply cheste oct 1st varuku cap gap lo cover ipotadi from april to spe 30th.....but march lo expiry undi, april 1st ki h1 apply cheste, i will be in grace period, leagal ga i am allowed to stay in US, but not eligible to work till Oct 1st, because I applied for H1 when i am in the grace period......but grace period lo apply cheyyatam safe ye na,.....h1 vastunda? moreover 6 months patu employer daggara contracting job lo work chesi cash teesukovatam safe ye na.....plz nannu help cheyyandi evarina e doubts clear chesi...

oct 1st varuku naa h1 start avvadu naaku kuda telusu.......anduke h1 start ayye varuku enchaka cash ki work cheyyachu....i can totally avoid paying taxes.....but h1 approval easy ga avutada annadi doubt.....

generally cap gap is meant for opt ending in H1 fiscal year...not sure though...anybody should confirm

buddy ne situation okapudu valid and work out cheyachu but now its completely changed .. please try to apply ur H1b in this year cap. but it works only 50-50 if you do in your way by applying H1b in the next year capgap..
