There is no doubt almost every one that r there in pwoer are corrupted

Here the difference is

1) Its high court that directed to start the case same as 2g Spectram
2)Similarities are in both cases illaga money is made white money by wrong doings
Mostly like CBN, JAYA,karunanidh, mayavathi,every one what they do they keep the black money in binami names
Thus by they restrick themselves

Even YSR had lot of binami black money form jalayagnam etc... like CBN had a lot in jhanma bhoomi,hitec etc...but that money was never made white.
There were rumurs that CBN made it whilte in Singapore but no proof so far

So The main reason why Govt. able to act is aganist Jagan even though it is not need of the hour is take every thing for granted to make black money white
