[b]Job Description[/b]

1) Shall require good knowledge over Online training, US staffing process to handle process cycle,
2) Required to promote training courses over popular classified portals and discussion forums,
4) Responsible for follow up with each of the leads generated through campaigns to convert them successfully,
3) Should handle process cycle with complete knowledge over different technologies and modules,
5) Should generate leads from several possible sources to initiate batches as per schedule,
6) Knowledge over collabaration tools like email marketing tools, classifieds etc. is required to successfully drive the process.

[b]Roles[/b]

1) Shall require to plan, design and execute campaigns required to promote training courses,
2) Shall adhere to the schedule and meet the targets set from time to time
3) Generate different reports e.g. response for particular campaigns, advts and discussions.
4) Follow up with every lead regularly to convert the same into sales,and generate reports,
5) Responsible for overall revenue generation for the assigned list of courses.
6) Should be in a position to brief candidates about the post training services we offer.
