nenu BF 10gi thintaaa...lunch lo protein shake thaagutha..with 2 roti's and 6 egg whites...dinner 3 roti or fruits <)& every sunday buffet without rice tho ))(<

ade doing....My schedule

Morning Bkfst-- Oatmeal vth skim milk & honey as sweetner OR 4 Egg whites

Aftrnoon lunch-- 2 tortilos vth lot of curry -- 4 Carrots & a fruit( Apple etc)

Evning-- 10-12 badams or Protien shake OR 4 Egg whites

anthee & Gym cheppaga....so came to 74 frm 78
